Abstract

Micro-Electro-Mechanical (MEMS) is a fast technology that carried different ideas in the fields like biomedical. MEMS got many applications in biomedical. Dengue is a break borne fever disease which is caused by dengue virus. This can be detected using MEMS biosensor. In this project, The MEMS based biosensor is designed in COMOSOL Multi-physics 5.0V[2]. This biosensor is a cantilever and based on this mechanism the early-stage detection of dengue is analyzed. Here we use antibodies that are the bio-elements in the biosensor. The cantilever simulation result includes displacement measurement. Which is the best method for dengue detection. The analyzed sensing ability of the biosensor is based on the amount of displacement. we can identify the severity of the disease.
