For cure of these diseases several types of drugs entered in to the market .In this connection it is compulsory to develop newer analytical methods for analysis of such drugs. Subsequently developments is essential to validate the developed methods .Method development is the process which demonstrates that the analytical method is satisfactory for use .Validation of analytical method provides the information about various steps and parameters like accuracy ,precision ,linearity ,range ,limit of detection and limit of quantification ,specificity and robustness .Validation should be performed as per regulatory guidelines for Instance ICH (international council for harmonization )guidelines
