Abstract

In this study, UV Spectro photometric method for the analysis of Dissolution profile of the Pentoprazole and Domperidon Blended pellets was developed for determination of Pentaprazole and Domperidone dissolution profile. Optical Density (OD) measurement was used in calculating the concentration of the drug samples drawn from dissolution test (temp 37 ± 0.5˚C) for Pentoprazole acid resistance and dissolution in 6.8 phosphate buffer and for Domperidone
dissolution in 0.1 N HCl ,time intervals are 1,4,8 and 12 . The proposed method was validated in terms of linearity, reproducibility, accuracy, LOD, LOQ and robustness and Results were
satisfactory.
